~Classroom Management Plans were due to your administrator by November 3rd.  If you have not emailed your plan to your supervising administrator, please due so immediately.

~Sub Folders were due to the main office by November 3rd.  This is not the "Split Folder" for your students.  This is a folder that consists of plans/activities that can be used in case you have an emergency and cannot come in.  If you have not handed this folder in, please due so immediately.

~Please send a warm welcome to Ms. Megan Howe. Ms. Howe has joined our School No. 16  Reading Teaching Team. She has worked in our school in the past and brings an enormous amount of knowledge and experience to our school.  She is caring and enthusiastic, her positive personality has been an asset to our school.  

~Walk to Learn (Walk to Intervention) is providing intervention services to all of our K - 6 Tier 2 and Tier 3 students. We want to thank the Intervention Coordinators (Mrs. Ebner, Ms. Osborne and Mrs. Michel), our Reading Teachers (Ms. Kardos, Ms. Marnell, Ms. Eriksson and Ms. Howe) as well as all of you for your collaboration and support with this new instructional focus.

~Please be mindful of celebrating our students exhibiting SOAR behavior. Please be sure that you are using the SOAR bucks and "catching" students doing the right thing.

~ Please take a minute to view the new areas of our weekly blog ie. Technology Corner and Mindfulness Portion.

Hello Staff:

Lets continue to work together to minimize hallway noise and traffic. 

Please ensure that your students are walking throughout our school in a quiet line and demonstrating appropriate behavior.

Classroom Teachers:

All grades should be in  PowerTeacher Gradebook no later than November 14^th at 11:59 PM.  Administrators will review all students report cards and verify grades, teachers will be notified when it is ok to print the students’ report cards.

We are asking that all teachers send report cards home on Tuesday, November 21st. 

Please do not send report cards home before this date.

If you have not submitted your classroom management and/or emergency sub plans (provide paper copies of pertinent information in a folder which will be kept in the main office) to your supervising administrator,  please do so no later than Friday November 3^rd.

Weekly Blog Feedback Request

Please send L. Garrow suggestions you have for our weekly blog.  The blog is used to send out pertinent information, teacher tips, quotes, calendar dates, encouragement, and Admin messages. Please remember that on the right side of the blog you can find specific categories that provides pertinent assessment information, referral link, Danielson information etc. We are working on providing discipline referral data, attendance data, and  School - Wide Walkthrough data in the blog as well.
